I began my real estate Career in 1983. I have grown in the company from Sales Person, to Associate Broker to Sales Manager. I have had ownership of investment and commerical ventures which have added to my experience and understanding of the real estate business. Seller reviewI had been with another company and got out of the contract because they were very unprofessional and took so long to get property on the market and when it finally got on the market everything was wrong form how many bedrooms / baths to spelling in the description and pictures. So I contacted Brian and he was wonderful. Everything he did he went above and beyond, he worked night and day to help sell my property. I am very pleased and would use him again or recommend him to friends. He was very professional and always got back to me in a timely manor. Every thing was great Brain was awesome. My overall experience was wonderful and I would use Brian and anyone he would recommend again.

Length of time of the listing to the actual sale was due to being listed as the winter time frame and misc completion of items that I needed to provide for the sale. Can they clone Brian? As mentioned earlier a pleasure to deal with an asset to C-21 Select Group. Brian McCardle is very knowledgeable about the entire real estate sales process, helping both the buyer and seller through the sale. He is up on the current trends in the marketplace, finance options, market analysis. He is responsive and follows through with his commitments and is accessible to answer questions as needed.
