As a realtor, Brittany cannot be beat. She is the most accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful of professionals. She picked us up with an itinerary, had every answer to our questions, and always with a smile on her face. Until it came time to negotiate on our behalf. She got us much more than we were expecting with her tenacity on the realty battlefield. As a resource, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped us find a loan officer, title company, contractor, and inspector to help with our transaction. As a person, Brittany is the best of the best. She's cheery and positive, smart and incredibly generous. She made the entire process painless and even fun. If you weren't friends with Brittany before, you will be after. Forever after. Brittany was born to be a realtor. She has the ultimate personality for dealing with every situation that could possibly arise. We couldn't have asked for a better first homebuying experience, and that is all thanks to Brittany. She led us fearlessly through everything.

I had the opportunity to work with Brittany on the purchase of our first place and there was no way I wasn't going to use her again. She sets the bar in my opinion for real estate agents. When buying a home, there are so many details to juggle and Brittany makes the whole process a lot less intimidating. She clearly explains every detail if you ask her about it, provides her guidance and opinions when you're unsure about something, and will ALWAYS go the extra mile trying to get information if you have any questions. Her knowledge of this area was extremely useful when evaluating comps and her negotiation skills are top-notch. I honestly could not have wished for a better agent to help me through the purchase of my 2nd house. She is the absolute best, bar none. Brittany is one of the easiest people to talk to you. You can quickly build a relationship with her and feel like you've known her for years. She's absolutely genuine and that provides you with a sense of security when making a big decision like buying a house. You couldn't ask for a sweeter person.

Brittany is the absolute best. We loved our experience with her in our first real estate transaction and will never choose another agent again. Brittany sets the bar in terms of superb customer service. She is open, responsive, EXTREMELY organized and builds a relationship with you so quickly that lets you know that you can trust her and she wants the best for you. I cannot express my appreciation or how lucky I feel to have worked with her on both of my home purchases. If there was a scale that let me choose above excellent, i would choose the option higher than that one. A-MAZ-ING.

I hope I can convey in a few lines how happy I am after working with Brittany Camacho on the sale of my house. Finding an agent I could trust 100% was very important to me and a critical aspect of the process. I am an Air Force member living in California and I would not be able to physically be in Virginia to address the sale of the house. It is thanks to her patience, support and involvement in addressing all aspects of the sale that we successfully closed on the sale of the house. She communicated extensively and was there for me as we addressed all the contract negotiations. She expertly oversaw every aspect of the closing and tracked every transaction and document with all the parties involved, working closely with me and the title company to make sure everything was on time and ready to proceed. I and 100% satisfied with my experience with Brittany Camacho. Going through the entire process with Brittany was an excellent experience! She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and completely dedicated to ensure that there is continuous communication and understanding, regardless of any challenges that came up. She was there for me and tirelessly gave of herself. I could not have done this without her and am 100% satisfied!

As a person who needs boundaries, I know I could never be a realtor, and definitely not one as committed as Brittany. She availed herself to us 24/7 and I think that if I had sent some kind of urgent telegram to her cruise ship when she was on her [already scheduled] vacation, she might have hopped into a life raft to come help me. Sometimes she would return my correspondence so quickly, it was as if she was typing her reply before I had even hit "send!" If she treats all her clients with the same dedication and positivity, as I know she does, then I just don't know how she does it. Magic? 5-Hour Energy every five hours? She held up her end of the bargain in every way possible and always did so with a smile. I feel like Brittany had two goals for our transaction: first and foremost, to get us the home we wanted under the best possible terms as quickly and easily as possible; and second, to change my opinion about working with realtors, which was pretty low based on my only other experience. Brittany accomplished both of these goals -- we are in the home we wanted and we are very pleased with how we got there AND my home-buying experience this time around was so positive! It was the 180 degree opposite of the last time, when I felt like it was all about the commission and nothing else. Brittany takes such pride in her work and she does it so well that I know it's not all about the commission for her. We felt like she cared about our feelings as much as the transaction outcomes -- and even if she did manage to change my outlook about real estate agents, I still think that's exceptionally unique for anyone in sales.

Can't say enough positive things about Brittany. She got my wife and I the house that we really wanted, all while being pleasant, professional, and generally fantastic to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we felt guided, protected, and well-advised. Her advice was spot-on throughout the entire process; in fact, her advice is what gave us the edge in purchasing our home. She managed to blend professionalism with a pleasant, encouraging attitude, and was incredibly responsive. There was never any pressure on us to do anything: above all, she wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. We can't imagine a better homebuying experience.
