He listened to what we wanted, while also fulfilling our (sometimes hilarious) whims based on listings we saw online. He helped us through the process of searching, making offers, getting inspections, and closing without even breaking a sweat. Brody was always kind to us and humored our wishes, even when we decided to view a foreclosure that we're pretty sure was haunted. We have already recommended Brody to everyone we know who is even thinking about buying a home because he knows the Huntington area well, knows the house buying business well, and was very flexible and accommodating for our schedules. He worked hard for us, and always made time for us, even though we definitely weren't the biggest fish buying a home! Seller reviewI was serving as power of attorney for my father. Brody was excellent to work with, but what impressed me the most was his understanding of my father's situation. At the closing, the title agency made a mistake and my father didn't have the funds to cover the mistake. Brody used some of his commission to cover the difference. My father was overwhelmed by the kindness and wanted to be sure everyone knows how Brody honored a disabled Vietnam Veteran that day.
