Caitlin Probandt of Century 21 The Hills Realty is all that and more. Her expert advice got me an offer $15k over asking within 12 hours of putting my house on the market. When I was ready to make an offer on my new home, Caitlin was essential. She knew exactly what to offer to win in a very competitive market. Her ability to communicate, and coach me through both the selling and buying made it a very smooth and stress-free process. She's honest, punctual, and gets the job done. 10/10 will use again!
