Caitlin was an absolute pleasure to work with, very responsive, took care of every detail, and made getting our home sold an easy process. I would recommend Caitlin to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. She was upfront, honest, had a marketing plan to get our home sold, and it did sell in less than a month. Caitlin was knowledgeable of the Hill Country area and Comfort in particular as that was our preferred destination. Our purchase happened over many months, she was very patient. If there were any answers she couldn't immediately provide she would dig for them. She worked well with the sellers' broker who was also an owner which can often be challenging. We would recommend her to anyone coming into the area and needs a trusted professional to give them an honest perspective.
