Seller reviewCalile Dethomas provided support and made our sale process easy during a stressful time. Calile was fantastic in walking us through the process at the beginning so we would understand the steps and what would happen. She visited our home and made suggestions for pre-sale improvements to help us get the best price for our home - including prioritizing what we shoudl do. She made great recommendations about handyman, cleaners, etc to help us finish the work. As we thought about timing, Calile helped us understand the market and ensure our home was on the market at the perfect time in terms of competition in our neighborhood. And on top of that, Calile was kind, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to others and enjoyed working with her on the sale of our home.

Buyer reviewThe most important quality in a realtor is that they are trustworthy and have YOUR best interest in mind. That becomes critical when in the pandemic environment you need to act remotely, and it becomes even more critical when you are buying your first home. Calile is all of the above and so much more! My best interest was not only in her mind but also in her heart. She cares that you get your dream house and nothing less! She is so kind, so helpful, very creative and customizes her services to your needs. This was my first home, needed to do everything remotely, and she was extremely supportive trough the entire process. I'm moving to my first, most beautiful home in 2 weeks and I can honestly say, I could have not done it without her. So recommending Calile is putting it very mildly, but for the purpose of this review I recommend Calile whole heartedly!
