Buyer reviewAs first-time homebuyers searching from out of state, my partner and I were looking for an agent we could trust, who was knowledgeable about the process, and patient in answering all of our questions. We also wanted someone who we felt confident was working proactively to find us the right house in an incredibly competitive real estate market (especially since we weren't able to be there in person for any part of the process!) ...We found all of this with Calile! She did dozens of virtual showings, pointing out all pros and cons of each house. She was easy to communicate with and always available via text or phone for questions. We had a lot of questions! She was able to explain every one in a way we understood, and was confident she could make our tight time frame work. Calile handled every aspect of the purchase with efficiency and attention to detail, kept us in the loop, and gave us super helpful advice along the way. She found us a home we loved and got us under contract and inspected in record time- all during a time when most people were on Christmas break! We've been in our house for about 9 months and have loved every minute of it. Calile was right about all the quirks she pointed out during the tours- both the good and bad ones! I recommend Calile to literally everyone looking for a realtor and will certainly use her again in the future.
