In short, he never wasted my time with an inappropriate listing I wouldn't like. He is not afraid to get involved when a seller's agent is dragging their feet or a loan officer is stalling and ignoring a client! He knows how to motivate people to do their part in a professional manner. He even made sure the home was still perfect and as expected, by doing a walk through immediately before closing.
