There were no questions or concerns he could not resolve quickly and he definitely has his clients' best interest in mind. Mr. Baxter knew my precise price range based on my preapproval, my needs for commute and always recommended listings based on that criteria. In short, he never wasted my time with an inappropriate listing I wouldn't like. He is not afraid to get involved when a seller's agent is dragging their feet or a loan officer is stalling and ignoring a client! He knows how to motivate people to do their part in a professional manner. He even made sure the home was still perfect and as expected, by doing a walk through immediately before closing.
