Her experience and industry contacts not only helped with identifying the best offer, but also helped with getting repair estimates and required work completed in a timely manner. She also kept us up to date throughout the process with timely phone calls and emails, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Candace to anyone selling or buying a property.

We had met other agents who stressed only the positive aspects of a home, and while Candace certainly did that, she wasn't shy about pointing out the drawbacks as well. This is how we knew that she genuinely wanted to sell us a home that suited our needs and lifestyle. Candace is extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process--she knows the ins and outs of things that don't necessarily occur to you when you're walking through a home: FEMA and flood zones, taxes and assessment, and countless other matters that come up as one considers a real estate purchase. She is also a terrific negotiator. We put in offers on two homes prior to the one that we ended up purchasing. At no time did Candace pressure us to put in too high of a bid; in fact, she encouraged us to go a little lower on more than one occasion to allow ourselves plenty of room for negotiation. Again--a true testament to where her priorities lie--with her clients, not her pocketbook. We would recommend Candace Lowden without reservation to family and friends. She's a great person and a terrific real estate agent.

From the time that we first spoke to the day we closed on the house, Candace was always available to answer our questions. She was always prompt with responses when we had a question and we knew we could always ask her when we weren't sure about something.
