She had a close family emergency but yet still made sure I was attended to at a very critical time during my negotiation process. I completely sympathized and understood she was going through a difficult family time in her personal life, and yet she remained professional and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She remained the ultimate professional and made sure I was a priority. Steve Tamburello was a huge help when Candace had a family emergency. Steve took over and made sure all the inspections/repairs were completed in a timely manner. Steve was a tremendous help when I was not always able to be at the house for various contractors. He either met with them or took over when I had to leave for work. He was professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Candace and Steve were an excellent team and I couldn't have asked for better realtors!
