Her knowledge helped us when a large company made a cash offer on our house. She warned us of some things that we would not have considered. This gave us time when the things that she warned us about did in fact happen to help our decision on the best way forward. She also was very proactive in this regard providing professional estimates on probable requests by the buyer. She was very accessible toward the end of the negotiation which was critical in a successful final agreement and sale. Her overall experience and knowledge was critical in the sale and kept everything on track I would highly recommend Candide to anyone who desires to sell their home.
