Seller reviewIts no secret that I dont really care for people in general and I am worse with the growing trend of people not doing their jobs . With that said , I have used Candide in the past and will continue to use her as long as I have needs in the real estate arena. It doesnt get any better than Candide and she has become more like a familly member over the years instead of our agent. She doesnt miss a beat and performs her job flawlessly every single time. People like Candide are become more and more rare in todays world . She accells at every aspect of her job . She was instrumental in every aspect of the sale of 88 Circle avenue and I trust her completely .

And she exceeded my expectations. She advised me of similar homes in the area, home appraisal, and what items I could do to help make my home more marketable. Buyer reviewCandide is an awesome realtor. She worked with me through my schedule and was accommodating to my schedule for viewing properties. She picked me up and dropped me off as needed and arranged and met me at properties with short notice. She was very thorough and pointed out defects and problems i did not see. She was a great teacher and explained details equipment and materials used as some sites. She also learned what I was looking for and what my check boxes on a property was desired. She caught errors made by other realtors as well as made sure that we had all documents in hand before placing an offer in for a property Candide is very professional, thorough and courteous and should be used as a model for what a realtors job entail. Sadly my husband passed away last year and I really needed to move on. Candide made this whole process so easy. She put everything on herself.
