Seller reviewI had dealt with Carla Jourdan a previous sale of our home. She was on top of everything & we ended up finding a new townhome that was perfect. At that time she had been recommended by a family member. She had everything under control & it went very smoothly. When we decided to look for another home I only wanted Carla Jourdan to represent us & her ability in selling our current home was amazing. We received an offer the same day we placed it on the market. We couldn't have had a better agent representing us. Carla Jourdan has a very out going personality with a smile on her face constantly. She is very good around people. Her knowledge of what needs to be completed and when, keeps the process of buying and selling of a home running very smoothly. When a new listing would come on the market, Carla Jourdan would contact us right away to see if we were interested in seeing the home. Without that determination in finding new listings, we would never have been able to make a bid so quickly.

There were days when she cleared her schedule and took us to all 10 places we asked for. We spent over a year looking to find the right house and she never made us feel like we were delusional or had to high expectations! She was diligent and attentive and always polite and professional! I would recommend her to anyone.
