Seller reviewCarole Ann contacted me 2 years prior to my listing and I was not ready. She left in touch but never pushed me. When I was ready, she was a big help to understand the market and position the hose price in order to be realistic but also to get what I was expected from the sale. Carole Ann sister (broker as well) had the 3rd open house that lead for the hose sell in less then 3 weeks. It was excellent, smooth and fast. Well done.

The fact that there where many snow days during the sale it was nice to see the house did not show it. Carole Ann was right on to of everything. She did a great job .
