We know the Catapano Name, It's a staple in the Bethpage area. I have used their Real Estate firm before and would never consider using any other R/E company. They have such a strong knowledge of the demographics around the Bethpage area and the surrounding towns. I have known Teri and Carole Ann for years and I know and trust them beyond belief. after researching online and interviewing in person I felt that her personal knowledge, Community connections and office team were right for selling a home for out if town sellers Obviously from my answers , we were more than satisfied with Carole Anne's selling and negotiating skills and the results that were achieved Her accessibility and knowledge made this difficult sale to difficult buyers much more bearable to us as out of area sellers Everyone at the office from the clerical staff to the gentleman who arranged for relocation of home furnishings to the contractors that Carole Anne referred were great.
