Buyer reviewCaroline Lasecki understood the requirements we had for a property. During the house search process, it was easy to discuss each properties pros and cons. Plain and objective conversation allows the future owner to focus on what is important to them. We looked for properties during the "Sellers Market". It was very important to make the appointments as soon as the properties entered the market. Caroline was excellent at securing the appointments at the time convenient to us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Seller reviewSelling the house for my brother was a complicated process involving family from out of state and Caroline made it SO easy. She explained everything, offered her opinions which were desperately needed and most importantly, was literally on call for us whenever we needed her. Buyer reviewCaroline came highly recommended to us by our previous agent from Century21 who moved out of the area. She helped us sell our first home back in April of 2022. We were a little anxious as first-time sellers and she made the process as smooth as can be. When it came to buying a new house, we were unsure whether we wanted to look for land to build on or buy a house. She was extremely patient with us throughout the whole process as we were in no hurry to find a new house and wanted to take our time finding our forever home. Caroline helped us find a house that we absolutely fell in love with. It was the first offer we placed, and we were honestly shocked when we ended up getting an accepted offer. Caroline's expertise in realty is second to none. She made us feel like family and we felt so comfortable purchasing this home. It was such a great experience. We had so much fun looking at homes with her, we are sad we no longer get to hang out with her! I honestly cannot recommend Caroline enough whether you are buying or selling, she excels in everything!
