But what really sets her apart from other realtors is her character. She is so compassionate, polite and was like a part of our family after the first time working with her. Even our kids ask about her every few weeks and when they see a jeep like she used to drive and wonder if it was her. Caroline started as our realtor and is now a family friend! We wanted someone who had experience dealing with the current market (which is difficult for us buyers!) and that we knew would be honest with us in regard to our expectations. We wanted her to be straight to the point with our potential purchases and she did just that. She gave suggestions of what she thought would or would not be helpful when writing offers and then let us make the final decision. She knew exactly what she was doing when it came to negotiation throughout the process and we trusted that she had our best interest at heart. She is personable, professional, and works in a way that demonstrates her integrity. Not only that, but she worked around our daily work schedules and met with us on nights and weekends which was a huge plus. This was our first time buying a home and we had a million questions - all of which she took the time to explain. Caroline helped us along every step of the way until we found the perfect home and we couldn't be happier with how she handled everything! We are very pleased with Caroline and Century 21!
