Carolyn Wood has helped us purchase 2.5 homes in the area. She knows the area, has a 6th sense for timing and the market. But, her greatest attributes are her passion for the business and her compassion for her customer. She is timely in response and flexible in meeting schedule of the client. She quickly follows-up with required paperwork to ensure sales agreements are executed as soon as possible. Over 15 moves and 30+ years in the military, she is hands-down the best agent we have ever used. We cannot recommend her more highly.
