I previously used another broker, but felt that the Realtor was not very responsive to my requests. In this fast moving housing market right now there is no time to lose getting in to see a new listing. Carolyn was very helpful in getting us into properties that we were interested in and stirring us away from properties that did not meet our specific needs. I am so appreciative of that. We all have to make a living, but Carolyn kept the focus on our needs instead of her gain for selling property.
