Seller reviewFrom start to finish Cathy was by my side with comments, questions, suggestions and support to sell my home. Cathy was relentless in selling my property; As soon as it was able to be shown, she was showing to client after client and had open houses. She gave me pointers and helped with getting it in showable condition. I am extremely pleased with her work ethic and her commitment to her clients. Cathy is responsive and conducts business in a professional manner.

Buyer reviewCathy was the agent at the open house we went to. We didn't have a buying agent at the time so we went with Cathy because we wanted to bid on the house. We lucked out because Cathy was wonderful throughout the whole process. She provided both expert knowledge and much needed emotional support during a stressful time. Cathy's suggestion to write a letter to the sellers is what got us the house. Wouldn't have happened without her. Cathy was always available day or night and got back to me almost immediately any time I contacted her. She gave us practical advice and was very honest and upfront with us. I felt like she was giving me facts rather than just saying what I want to hear, but at the same time she presented the information in a calm way that didn't add to my stress. She was truly a pleasure to work with.

Buyer reviewI was living in FL at the time of purchase. She was very professional. Cathy helped me with home inspection by visiting my new home that was 1.5 hours away and meeting up with the inspector. She then went back a week later and met with a contractor to asses some issues. Each time she contacted me by zoom call and walked me through every room. At closing she also called me on zoom. Cathy worked with me on every aspect of the purchase including insurance. Cathy answered all my questions and was always very responsive to me texts and phone calls. I am looking forward to my new beach house and thank Cathy Lawton immensely for her help.

Cathy took care of all the details and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had (even while on vacation!). I am very happy I asked Cathy to list my home which is now pending a closing. My sale had some complex situations including a solar lease and language barriers with buyers. Cathy stayed on top of the leasing company, the agents and attorneys making sure everything was moving forward at all times. I couldn't be happier. She is a true professional in her job. Cathy helped me find movers, and handymen, basically anything I needed. She's been very supportive for both my purchase and sale of my home. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She won't let you down. If she doesn't have the answer, she'll get it for you in all aspects of buying or selling.

She was instrumental in swiftly closing the deal and setting all necessary tests, inspections, etc. with competent local companies to complete the sale, including putting me in touch with an excellent attorney. She also proposed an efficient way to resolve a serious septic problem with the seller, protecting my financial interest and guarantying quality completion. Without her expertise and knowledge this deal that became so complicated, wouldn't have had a chance to succeed. Cathy is the most solid, trustworthy and helpful agent I have met, and I have experience in buying properties in UK, Europe and California.
