My husband (also a Realtor) and I both grew up in Appleton, raising our two children in the Kimberly/ Darboy area. We are now living in the New London area so I have gotten to know the areas surrounding New London as well. My background for many years years was in the mortgage lending industry, with more than 20+ years working in a local Credit Union. I absolutely love and have a real passion for working with people! One of my favorite things to do is to help people realize their dream of owning their own home! In my former position as a lender I would hand you the check to purchase your home, which was always exciting. The buying process went quickly and smoothly, my brother and I can't ask for this service where else. She was very helpful in term of answering my questions. My brother and I both work third shift and most of the time I texted Cathy in the middle of the night, Cathy replied it quickly. Cathy helped in so many ways. My husband and I have had it rough for the past couple of years we lost our baby boy and in June of this year I lost my mom. With all of that happening we were renting a single family home that was sold to a new owner and we had to move. We told ourselves that this wouldn't happen again so we started our journey!!!
