My husband (also a Realtor) and I both grew up in Appleton, raising our two children in the Kimberly/ Darboy area. We are now living in the New London area so I have gotten to know the areas surrounding New London as well. My background for many years years was in the mortgage lending industry, with more than 20+ years working in a local Credit Union. I absolutely love and have a real passion for working with people! One of my favorite things to do is to help people realize their dream of owning their own home! In my former position as a lender I would hand you the check to purchase your home, which was always exciting. Neither one of us had sold a house for quite a few years so we needed some guidance on steps and dates and process. Cathy was very responsive to our many questions - there was never a delay with Cathy. She was very upfront and made herself available to us. Cathy was always willing to help - volunteering herself in areas she could help, she even volunteered to help clean after we moved out. She also helped us secure professional contractors to complete home maintenance that was needed to get our home ready to sell. The closing itself was very smooth and efficient. Cathy did an outstanding job representing us after closing with buyer concerns. We are very thankful that we had Cathy partner with us on our home selling journey.
