My husband (also a Realtor) and I both grew up in Appleton, raising our two children in the Kimberly/ Darboy area. We are now living in the New London area so I have gotten to know the areas surrounding New London as well. My background for many years years was in the mortgage lending industry, with more than 20+ years working in a local Credit Union. I absolutely love and have a real passion for working with people! One of my favorite things to do is to help people realize their dream of owning their own home! In my former position as a lender I would hand you the check to purchase your home, which was always exciting. There were times we felt like giving up and there were times, such as walking through the house you just new you wanted it, where we were full of elation. The process isn't so much a process as its a journey, full of ups and downs. But if you pick the right people to accompany you on the journey it can not only be fun but very satisfying at the end. We picked the right people, Century 21 Ace Realty and our agent Cathy Miller. Cathy was the best we could have hoped for, there every step of the way, helping and teaching us. Rooting us on and keeping our expectations in line for the task at hand. If I had to make the decision all over again I would definitely, without a doubt pick Cathy as my agent to do it all over again. She was there for us and we can't say enough how much that meant to us.

But through it all I never had to worry about wether Cathy Miller would do whatever was in her power to make things work out. She was pleasant, patient, and professional throughout the entire process and I would happily do buisiness with her again should the need arise.
