My husband (also a Realtor) and I both grew up in Appleton, raising our two children in the Kimberly/ Darboy area. We are now living in the New London area so I have gotten to know the areas surrounding New London as well. My background for many years years was in the mortgage lending industry, with more than 20+ years working in a local Credit Union. I absolutely love and have a real passion for working with people! One of my favorite things to do is to help people realize their dream of owning their own home! In my former position as a lender I would hand you the check to purchase your home, which was always exciting. So I was pretty prepared for the house hunt. Cathy jumped right in and I appreciate her availability both for showings and also phone and text follow-ups. She was always punctual and polite. I found a house quickly and now that I am almost moved in, I know that this was the right choice. My house sale out of state was delayed due to circumstances out of my control Cathy worked successfully to reschedule my closing here and I am sure she represented me well through that process.
