Buyer reviewCheryl was quick to answer a phone call when I randomly called to inquire about a property manager. I'm fairly seasoned in purchasing RE and using PM's, so when I asked all my questions of her, we could tell she was VERY knowledgable about RE and rentals. We hired her without a second thought. Cheryl treated us like we were #1, she was always very attentive She turned out to be the hardest working realtor we've worked with. We purchased 9 properties in a little over two months using Cheryl, she's (in my opinion) THE BEST! Cheryl herself has rental properties, which was important to us. She knows what will and will not rent. Once they're ready, she rents them quickly.

All her work on my property sale was done in a timely manner which was probably the result in a quick sale. Sometimes seasonal timing is very important to catch the most and best buyers. Cheryl obtained top dollar on my sale. I have other properties that I will sell over time as my rentals become available. I will be utilizing Cheryl's services again in the future.
