Buyer reviewI just love Cheryl!!! This was a stressful time for me since it was my first time buying a home and she made it so easy! She explained every question I had even if it was something small. She kept me sane when I felt like going crazy! She is very personable and reliable! I could call or text anytime I had a question or concern and she would reply almost instantly or as soon as she could every time! It was like she literally held my hand during this whole process. I would use her every time and would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!

All her work on my property sale was done in a timely manner which was probably the result in a quick sale. Sometimes seasonal timing is very important to catch the most and best buyers. Seller reviewCheryl is very attractive and hygienic which is essential in doing business with the public. She wears nice clothing and presents herself very professionally. Cheryl has a sweet spirit and listens well to all concerns and complies to your wishes concerning property issues such as sales price and any repairs that one feels is necessary and is willing to accomplish. Even though a comparison search was conducted I valued my property to be worth more for specific reasons. Cheryl was receptive to listing at the price that I wanted to start with so as to negotiate with the buyers if needed for the best sales price. I had an experience years ago with a Tulsa broker that wanted to price a property of mine at her recommended price and make big remodeling changes to the property before she would list it. Her mistake. I sold it myself at my price with no remodeling as it wasn't necessary. She missed out on a big commission. Lesson learned. Don't think you know better than the property owner. Cheryl was patient with the process and we acquired the right buyer for the property. Success is always fun. I will utilize Cheryl again on future property sales and recommend her to others that are seeking a pleasant real estate experience. Thank you Cheryl Charles Riggs

Seller reviewCheryl sold us our house when we first moved to Muskogee 8 years ago. It was a very easy and pleasant buying experience, getting a house at a good price. When my job was relocating me to Florida, it only made sense to use her again. She showed us what other houses had sold for in our neighborhood recently, the differences (good and bad) between those and ours and helped us get a price higher than we originally expected.
