Cheryl Bourland has patiently worked with us for several years in managing our property while we lived out of state. We had listed the house for sale previously, then took it off the market for a period of time before relisting. In all of this time, with several changes in renters etc, Cheryl has been very professional in keeping us informed and watching out for our interests.

I don't think there is much more to add except that we value our relationship with Cheryl and her whole team. She is a caring professional who takes the weight off her client's shoulders. She certainly did this for us on more that one occasion. AWESOME! Cheryl knew that my family was dealing with many things that required our attention and she totally took charge and made the process absolutely as easy as possible. She is impeccably honest, forthright, efficient and down to earth. We are VERY fortunate that Cheryl was our broker. Dealing with a sale when you can not be in the area during the process can be daunting and confusing but, with Cheryl at the helm, we had no worries that everything would be done properly. I had a short timeframe for getting my home on the market as I spend the winter in another state. Cheryl coordinated everything perfectly and when the house sale closing was extended out, she completed the contract sale via E-Sign and next day mail. All went perfectly and I appreciate so much that Cheryl had complete control of every situation with positive outcomes for both myself and the buyers.

Where to start. Our Mom's home in Hot Springs Village needed a lot of work and she was not in a position to do any of it. With family being remote, we needed someone to help out with the day to day projects management of the remodel. Cheryl took on the challenge to help coordinate a full remodel of the condo. Over the coarse of 6 months, at Cheryl's direction, contractors proceeded to fix, update and replace the interior and exterior of the unit. She even helped with the removal of old furniture and personal material. Without Cheryl's help we could not have done this. Without Cheryl's ability to provide the help and assistance to the sale/remodel, the condo would not be sold or would have been sold at a significant loss. With her help we added over $50,000 in value and sold at a fair price that was above average in the market. I cannot say enough about her trustworthiness, her knowledge of the market, and her ability to support clients from a distance.
