I selected Cheryl because she returned calls and answered my questions regarding various properties in which I was interested. I had been on a HSV Realtor's website for about two years and was receiving listings from said realtor previous to becoming acquainted with Cheryl via telephone and email. After "meeting" Cheryl, I unsubscribed to the website because the realtor did not answer specific questions regarding properties. I am an out-of-state buyer and it was critical that the realtor respond to my questions instead of ignoring queries. Cheryl is always on top of things regarding properties that are in the pending sale process. She has valued contacts for pest control, landscape maintenance, home inspections, and village services. Additionally, Cheryl has gone out of her way to facilitate helping me complete my home purchase. She even kept my vehicle at her home, then moved it to my new place after closing, as I had to fly back to California to complete another house sale closing and packing. I highly recommend Cheryl because she is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and has vast knowledge of Hot Springs Village properties. I very much loved the E-Sign option. I would have liked it even better if I could have accomplished the signing of closing documents at a local title company here in California. I have previously purchased a duplex in Hot Springs without having to come to Arkansas for signing. So, this experience was a bit confusing to me since I had handled everything long distance in previous years. Very professional, knowledgeable, and timely in responding to my questions. I have rented short term with Century 21 HSV Realty in several previous years. The properties were always in great condition and good locations. The staff was good about emailing documents and then following up with postal delivery of documents. Cheryl is a great realtor, a lovely person, and you will not have regrets if you trust her to meet your requirements when purchasing a HSV home.

When it comes to rental or home sales, Cheryl Bourland is the best person in Hot Springs Village to work with. She has been my main contract for 25 years for both buying and renting along with home sales. If you are looking for someone to handle your rental program, she is the best you can get.

We did deal with another company and brokers when we owned property in the village about 10 years ago. When we first contacted Cheryl about rental property after that, and then later to investigate buying again; she was available, went way over 100% in showing homes, information, etc. Much better experience that with previous experiences.We appreciate Cheryl as a broker, and as a "genuine" person
