Buyer reviewChris Chiaramonte was great- very friendly, knowledgable and especially trustworthy. I could text him at any time of day and always get an immediate response. As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable asking him any of my potentially ridiculous questions. I also felt like he cared about what I cared about, and did not try to push his opinions on me or influence my decisions, which is a feeling I got from other realtors. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Seller reviewChris always listened to our requests and was willing to do whatever we wanted to do in the sale and purchase of our new home. He also gave us great advice on how to deal with both aspects of our transaction. He was always accessible to us and made sure our best interest was always protected. He was patient and helped us stay calm in a very stressful process. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale and purchase of our home!

He fought hard for me during negotiations and made me feel like I was important at all times. Chris went above and beyond and made himself available whenever he was needed. Chris was always quick to return my calls, texts and emails in both a professional and friendly way. Any question I had, not only did Chris give an answer, but made sure I fully understood his answer and asked me follow up questions on the same topic to make sure we covered all areas I was not familiar with. I will be recommending Chris to everyone I know!

Buyer reviewChris Chiaramonte was great! As a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions and Chris was incredibly patient. He was able to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable and understood what was going on and what to expect. As someone in the commercial banking industry I know enough to be dangerous to myself, because home during is nor the same, Chris help me see the differences and kept me from doing something I didn't mean to. He was amazing to work with and I will be using him as aN agent for all property purchases.
