Buyer reviewChris Chiaramonte is a wonderful realtor as well as a person. He is outstanding. He is so nice, relatable and personable. He is always a text or phone call away, and responds fast. He is very intelligent and always had answers to my questions, and if he didn't he would find them. He helped give us insight on the house buying process and also helped us find what we really wanted in a house. He didn't push us into buying a house or make us feel pressured to buy one. It felt like he was a friend we've known forever. I like that he was more on the friendly side rather than super professional and uptight. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will be choosing him as our realtor for our next house!

He allowed flexibility in his schedule for showings and was prompt at following up when it came time to make an offer. We hit multiple unforeseen bumps in the road leading up to closing, and he kept me informed nearly up-to-the-minute with what I needed to know/do.
