I can go on and on about Chris. I started looking for a home in 2017 with another Realtor which wasn't going so well.so when Chris was recommended to obtain thought why not give it a try so after having a sit down and letting Chris know what I was going through he reassured me that I was in good hands and he was right.

Chris was very easy to work with. He kept me up-to-date of the market and showings taking place. We are both out of state and Chris took care of everything that came up, even taking time to let the gas company come into the house to move the gas meter outside. We were fortunate to have found Chris. I recommend him highly if you have a property to sell or are looking to buy. He is honest and very dedicated to his clients. Other realtors could learn from Chris. He is a true professional.

As first time home buyers we didn't understand the process of buying a house; however, we had Chris Hogan. Chris held our hands throughout the entire home buying process and made every step easy for us. Being first time home buyers it wasn't stressful for us at all and that is all thanks to Chris. Chris was very understanding of our needs and wants. He worked around our hectic work schedules and made it easy for us. He went above and beyond with us, he worked after his working hours for us. He is very knowledgeable of his trade. He is a great communicator. He was very dedicated to helping us find our forever home and because of that dedication he made that dream come true.

Chris is wonderful to work with and took amazing pictures to create an awesome web presence, and was very helpful in letting us know exactly what to do to get our place ready for sale. My husband and I could not be happier to have worked with Chris Hogan! During our home buying experience, Chris was ALWAYS available for us. He was always willing to help, answered all of our countless questions, was beyond patient/polite/friendly. But most of all, Chris was extremely thorough and honest. From our first meeting until the day that we closed ( and even afterwards), Chris was always so wonderful and truly there for us.
