Mrs. Sotiriou handled every aspect of the purchase. She kept us well informed, on every step of the way. Her experience clearly showed, especially in the way she handled the negotiation with the seller. Without Mrs. Sotiriou advice, I would have probably pissed off the seller. Instead, Mrs. Sotiriou gradually negotiated a lower price. She handled the contract and made sure there were provisions that safeguarded our escrow money, just in case anything had gone wrong. She came with us several times to inspect / visit the property, until we were confident about our purchasing decision. If Mrs. Sotiriou treats all her customers the same way she treated me and my wife, then she must be the quintessential real estate agent. It defines logic, how she never loses her patience, and remains polite, respectful, understanding and keeps her eye at the target, regardless of what the customer demands and expectations are. Many times I thought that I had exhausted her patience with my nitpicking. But on the contrary, she maintained a perfectly balanced demeanor, both professional and friendly. I run a large software engineering department, and I can tell when someone tries to just make a living versus someone who really enjoys what she does and takes pride on her work. I believe Mrs. Sotiriou loves what she does for living. She doesn't just sell homes. Via real estate, she enables people to select a lifestyle, fulfill dreams, and build a foundation for their kids.
