Seller reviewChrys met with us several times regarding our property. She recommended a date to place our home on the market and the sale price. Within 2 days we received numerous offers. We were able to sell our home at the top end of market value and above listed price. Chrys was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and didn't make the process seem like a "business". Chrys is truly a phenomenal person and broker and we would recommend her to all.

Chrys took the time to explain the entire process in detail, which greatly increased our comfort level with the process. She also helped us to identify which style of home we were looking for and which areas would be the best fit for us based on the type of house we wanted and our budget. Overall, working with Chrys was a great experience. She was super helpful and very responsive. There is nothing else to ask for!
