Seller reviewCindy came to the rescue without ever knowing it. I had to sell my mom's place for her to qualify for Medicaid, but it had to be priced to meet Medicaid rules which was higher than I honestly thought it would sell for, but Cindy did it! I had multiple delays to get court permissions as mom's guardian but her patience was solid gold to me.

Seller reviewMom's house was small. Think it was 850 sq ft. We had completely re-done everything inside and out. This was a move in, not have to do anything for years to come. Just bring the furniture-house! Finding the right buyer looking for a small house (maybe even that first starter home) was the key. Cindy and Michelle (from another realty) found that buyer. Together they made everything go so smoothly for us all. In our 38 years of marriage, we have only bought 2 houses. Cindy Laton helped us find and buy our second home. Been there going on 13 years, and still LOVE it! Cindy just handles everything. My Mom passed away and we needed to sell her smaller size home. We called Cindy, and she jumped right on it. In 6 months, it was sold, and again Cindy handled everything for us. My husband and I LOVE Cindy Laton! Also, in this time period, Cindy found my husband's sister & her husband a house too! All of the above, describe Cindy! Century 21 has wonderful people working for their team. I think we know the most of them. Cindy is super to work with in buying or selling a house!!!

Seller reviewThis was a very difficult property to sell. We knew going in it would take 2-3 years to sell, but Cindy was patient and professional through it all and with her hard work, it finally sold and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate all that Cindy did to help get it sold.
