Colleen Fletcher was absolutely amazing, she was patient and resilient in finding us the home that we wanted and that would fit our needs.

Having used Colleen before for prior purchases, we knew we wanted Colleen to assist us with the purchase of our "forever home". Colleen is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and diligent. Despite the many speed bumps we hit along the way, Colleen was kind and always on top of everything, offering suggestions and solutions.

We met with a broker before Colleen and was not sure who we wanted to help us sell our home of 58 years. It was already a difficult decision to sell, but we knew we had to and wanted the best person who would be the right fit and an advocate for us. She went over and beyond to help us get the most for our home! The previous broker said we would be lucky to get 200,000. Colleen advised us to do a little work in the house and listed it for 260,000. Colleen sold our home for 25,000 above asking within a few days. She definitely proved the other broker wrong. We were very comfortable with Colleen as she kept us in the loop of everything. We feel that Colleen went over and beyond to help the sale of our home go smoothly!
