My name is Colleen Fletcher and I have been a licensed Realtor since 1998. Most of my career has been spent with the Century 21 Real Estate Brand. My passion is in helping my buyers and renters find the right home to fit their current needs as quickly, efficiently and stress free as possible. When I work with sellers my goal is to get the job done while striving to get them the best price in the shortest period of time. My affiliation with the local, state and national Board of Realtors helps me to keep up to date with all of the recent changes that would benefit my clients.
I believe in giving back to the community where I live and work and with my present company, Century 21 Advantage Gold I have volunteered and donate a percentage of my commission on every transaction to Easter Seals so they can continue the great work they do in our community.
I n my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and three sons engaging in outdoor sports like boating and fishing.

Seller reviewColleen grew up in the same town as our family. She went to the same high school as my sister. Since we were dealing with the death of our Mother, it was important to have someone help us who was local and could understand our situation. This was an estate sale. The estate sold the property to a family member (Son). Therefore, it was not a typical sale. There didn't need to be any open houses or advertising/marketing. Colleen handled everything expertly and with patience. It is not easy to deal with a grieving family, and it took a considerable amount of time for our brother to get everything together to complete the sale. Colleen was perfect.

She took the time to also show us other properties, answer all of our questions and walk us through the process of our very first purchase. She was excellent and if we ever move again she will be the person we contact. Colleen was exceptional in all areas of sale and service! Colleen was a joy to work with! We had so many questions and she always found out the answers to them. So kind in going out of her way to work with our teacher schedules. She always went above and beyond to make us comfortable and satisfied.
