Colleen was on top of everything and kept me on track every step of the way. She researched things she didn't know, just to be sure we were informed. She inquired about things on our behalf with the mortgage broker, seller's agent, inspector, and insurance agent. She kept me on top of all deadlines and nudged me when I needed it. I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a home. She's everything you want and everything you didn't know you needed.
