We looked at a lot of houses and put in a lot of offers before we finally had a deal that made sense and worked out. Colleen was very patient and easy to work with and didn't show and signs of discouragemnt even when we had some offers that didn't pan out. If you are a investor looking to work with a agent who undestands the process I would highly recommend Colleen.
