My real estate career began in vacation management on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. In 2005, I began listing and selling property from Corolla to South Nags Head and on Roanoke Island where I live. She was extremely helpful with advise on staging my home for sale. During the weeks the house was on the market, she provided me with timely updates to assure that the house was priced appropriately and that we were maximizing opportunities to show the property. She was respectful of my time when notifying me of showings giving me as much lead time as possible. She provided me with important information throughout the closing process. She was extremely professional throughout the process.

Buyer reviewColleen Shriver was the listing broker for the short sale house we found using Zillow on our vacation last summer and she agreed to represent us as well. Fate may have put us together but it was a match made in heaven. She worked tirelessly for us to look at properties which matched our criteria but in the end it came down to the short sale. She provided services above and beyond that of a realtor and worked with us to secure everything we needed to have settlement as we were handling all the proceedings from 7 hours away from the Outer Banks. Her knowledge of local resources and needed services was second to none. We would highly recommend her to any of our friends and relatives. Colleen constantly kept us abreast of all details and was always only a text away. Colleen handled all of the details of the sale with top-notch professionalism and genuine concern. Sorry to sound like a broken record but I just can't say enough about how awesome Colleen Shriver was in making our purchase possible. We can't wait to move in so that we will actually be neighbors with this awesome individual!

Seller reviewColleen is not an Agent that once you sign the listing, sits back and waits for the sale. She is available 24/7 promoting your property and keeping the seller in the loop of what is going on. Through the grapevine we heard she was rearranging pool furniture, sweeping, and cleaning up the grounds when she knew there was a showing. We had an excellent management company, but the showing was prior to their final inspection. Colleen was one step ahead. That is what Colleens does for her sellers. She silently goes about making everything right and never toots her own horn. The market is slower than in 2005, but Colleen still was able to get our house sold. She does whatever it takes to get the job done. Always being honest, professional, and there for her clients.
