Seller reviewCraig was extraordinarily knowledgeable regarding our the value of our home and previous sales in our and surrounding neighborhoods. We had no trouble staying in contact with him, he would answer our calls even on a Sunday evening while he was having dinner with his family. Craig was realistic about our expectations and always had an abundance of information on hand and ready to provide when we had questions. (For example: recent comps, the regulations of different loan types, etc.) Overall I would one thousand percent recommend Craig to anyone and everyone selling or buying a house in this area.
