Buyer reviewCraig listed the property of 110 acres. I contacted him about the property and asked him if he would hike the property with me to discuss the timber value. I was already familiar with the property. Surprisingly he had already climbed the steep terrain and became very knowledgeable on the existing timber value. I was very impressed with his motivation to become acquainted with the property advantages and disadvantages. I couldn't name another realator in my area willing to take the time or have the endurance to accomplish the land cruise of the property I purchased. His communications throughout this process were prompt and on target. Bottom line up front- Craige DeAtley is my real estate agent with any future purchases or property listings.
