Buyer reviewCraig listed the property of 110 acres. I contacted him about the property and asked him if he would hike the property with me to discuss the timber value. I was already familiar with the property. Surprisingly he had already climbed the steep terrain and became very knowledgeable on the existing timber value. I was very impressed with his motivation to become acquainted with the property advantages and disadvantages. I couldn't name another realator in my area willing to take the time or have the endurance to accomplish the land cruise of the property I purchased.
