They were placed in an nursing home because they could no longer care for themselves. He understood that I wanted to be fair on the pricing so it would sale quickly. His knowledge on property in the area made for a pricing immediately. I trusted his advise which led to a rapid contract and then sale. He was not pushy and when it came to negotiations his advise for me to accept the offer and his reasons were clear. If I had another home to sell I would ask Craig to handle it for me. He always returned any messages and could not have been kinder. I could not have had any better sale. He's a keeper. I can not say Thank you enough.
