Curt was spot on with the pricing of our property from the beginning, he was also very matter of fact regarding the pros and cons of the property, length of sale and type of buyer. We live out of town so when I problem sprung up, he was always willing and able to help us out - especially to sourcing vendors. He greatly exceeded expectations. Calm and reasonable during negotiations and small setbacks too.
