We had been hoping to find a simple house near Lake Margrethe, We had made an offer on a property about 6 months prior that was not accepted. Curt checked in with us off and on as potential properties became available. When we arrived at the decision of our home we purchased, it appeared that the whole transaction was streamlined and easy.
