She made sure other agencies received the information. The house was listed on a Friday & sold Saturday the next day. Cynthia was a blessing to get to know & work with! She helped & guided in what needed to be done to have the house & property presentable & inviting for a prospective buyer to want to make it their home. The sell of this house was due to the death of my father. Jan & Cynthia made me feel that they had our family's best interest at heart. They were considerate & compassionate about our feelings which helped make this transition much easier.
