Seller reviewYour questions do not demonstrate what was so critical to us. I nor my brother and sister have lived in the area in a long time. Cynthia's knowledge of craftsmen and willingness to check on the property for us were invaluable. Nothing I asked of her ever seemed to be a problem and since all three of us live over two hours away from Minden, that was such a blessing. She was so professional and so very friendly, I would highly recommend Cindy Ray to anyone looking for someone who would work so hard to meet not only your needs but would go far and above to exceed your expectations. I almost wish we had another property to sell…almost!!!!!

Seller reviewI've never seen such great care as I saw from Cindy Ray in regards to my mother, after the sudden death of my step-dad. Cindy not only helped my mom with every aspect of the selling of her property, but was a shoulder to cry on as well. She took care of my mom in ways I couldn't, as I live a few hundred miles away. I've never met Cindy in person, but I owe her more than she knows and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. My mother has said, several times throughout the selling process, that Cindy started as her real estate broker, became her friend, but now she's family.

Seller reviewWe were nervous about using a real estate agent to sell our home. But, after seeing what all Cindy Ray went through to take care of it, I'd never suggest doing it on your own! She is very professional, honest and energetic to do what she does best. If I ever have another home to sell, I'd use her services again without hesitation!
