Seller reviewDalton is amazing! We worked with him 2 1/2 years ago when he sold us our last home. Dalton will do more to help people than most people that I have met. Dalton truly cares about all of us that he works with. As soon as we started thinking about moving, we emailed Dalton and asked for his help again. My son and daughter-in-law recently started looking for houses and they remembered how much Dalton helped us before and the only call they made was to Dalton (They are currently under contract and will move in in November.) I recommend Dalton to anyone I know that needs a realtor that will listen and help get you what you want. When the time comes for the next house, he will be my only call.

His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile and assist wherever necessary is unrivaled. Dalton makes the process simple. After 82 years on the planet and having bought and sold many times, I know it is not! Thanks for making it easy, Dalton! Let's go fishing!! Dalton ALWAYS listened to me and sometimes at 82 you get ignored. He did not do so. I am quite quiet, but he seemed to understand that I was just thinking things out. He never pushed me to do anything.

Buyer reviewDalton is a great realtor and an awesome human being!! He went way above and beyond what a "typical" realtor does. Very easy to work with. What realtors do you know that goes shed shopping at multiple places to fine the right shed that is color matched to your house? Who personally worked with fence company to make sure my dogs had the perfect yard? Being that this house was new construction he visited the house on multiple occasions for us and showed up on moving day to make sure we had everything we needed including digging the mailbox post hole for us. I have definitely bought several houses in the last year 4 to be exact and none of my realtors did what Dalton did for us he was definitely a GOD send
