Seller reviewDana provided excellent real Estate knowledge and advice. She made the closing of the house go smoothly by writing the contract and telling me what I needed to do. I really appreciate that Century 21 offers many services when selling houses. I have known Dana for years. She went to school with my daughter and helped her buy two houses and sell one. I consulted Dana soon after my father's passing about the value of my parents house last October. It took time to empty it and make some repairs. I had planned to have Dana list it when I was ready. I was approached by a lady in neighborhood who wanted to buy it in March. She made me a offer in April but I could not figure out the best way to write a contract and proceed to closing. I called Dana and she said she could provide that service for us. She did an awesome job! I would highly recommend Dana to anyone buying or selling a house!
