Seller reviewThis was our second time working with Dana Cress. In 2014, she helped us find and purchase our first home. It was everything we needed and asked for. We loved living there and were very happy. However, due to job changes, it was time to relocate. Dana found us our dream home and sold our previous home in 24 hours for above the listing price! She has an extensive knowledge of the market and contracts. Both times we used her services, she was a stickler for contract details. She prevented vague wording which would have allowed others to get through loopholes and keep us from getting what we wanted. Dana was excellent to work with and we would recommend her to anyone!
